Downloadable Calendars & Planners

  • No Cancellations or Refunds: Since our downloadable planners and calendars are digital products, once the purchase is completed and the download link is provided, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds. This is due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible and non-returnable.

  • Defective Files: If you experience any issues with downloading the files or if you believe the files are defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will be happy to assist in resolving the issue by providing a replacement file or issuing a refund if necessary.

Handmade Crafts

  • Returns & Refunds: Because each handmade item is unique, we accept returns or exchanges for our handmade crafts only if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange. Please include a clear photo of the damaged or defective product, and we will provide instructions on how to return it.

  • Non-Defective Items: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for handmade items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. Each item is crafted with care, and we ensure all products are accurately described and photographed on the website.

  • Shipping Costs: For returns or exchanges of defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For items returned due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
